Developer Portal

Publish Cargos, manage submissions, and track earnings

The developer portal at /developer lets you publish AI Cargos to the Archipelag.io Cargo Registry, manage submissions, and track your earnings.

Dashboard

The developer dashboard gives you an overview of your published Cargos, including usage statistics, active Islands running your Cargos, and total earnings.

Creating a Cargo

Navigate to /developer/workloads/new to submit a new Cargo. You’ll need to provide:

FieldDescription
NameDisplay name shown in the Cargo Registry
SlugURL-friendly identifier (must be unique)
DescriptionWhat your Cargo does
CategoryClassification (LLM, image generation, etc.)
Image URLContainer image or WASM module location
Runtime typeDocker, WASM, CoreML, ONNX, or llama.cpp
PricingCredit cost per job
Container configuration
For Docker Cargos, you'll also configure resource limits (CPU, memory, GPU), exposed ports, and environment variables. For WASM Cargos, specify the module entry point.

Submission workflow

Cargos go through a review process before appearing in the Cargo Registry:

{% step(title="Draft") %} Create and edit your Cargo submission. You can save drafts and return to edit them later at `/developer/workloads/:id/edit`.

Submit for review

When ready, submit your Cargo for review. The platform runs automated security scans on your container image.

Review

The Archipelag.io team reviews your submission for quality, security, and compliance. Critical or high vulnerabilities block approval.

Published

Once approved, your Cargo appears in the Cargo Registry and becomes available for users to run on the network.
{% end %}
Faster approval
Use minimal base images, include health checks, and ensure your container passes vulnerability scans. See the [publishing guide](/guides/publishing/) for details.

Managing Cargos

At /developer/workloads you can:

  • View all your Cargo submissions and their status
  • Edit Cargos that are still in draft
